Ashish Kohli works within the Contact Center Technology Team at Malomatia. They are Qatar’s leading IT services provider who also operate the largest contact centre in Qatar on behalf of the ministry of Ministry of Transport and Communication. Ashish has more than 21 years’ experience in the outsourcing and contact center industry across Government, Telecom, Banking and Insurance, Automobile and Airline industries just to name a few. In addition, his experience expands across various geographies and tools such as WFM and also includes Verint WFO technology. His experience from previous roles in Contact Center WFM, Project Management, Technology and Operations enabled him to successfully lead the implementation of the Verint WFO solution within the Malomatia Contact Center in 2020, and to manoeuvre the contact center through a 200% increase in customer interactions over a very short period of time in the first months of 2020.
