Worked for Zurich / Capita for 31 years, in a number of senior roles managing front and back office operations and using a number of different planning / work management tools. Promoted in January 2018 to General Manager to run the Dubai office and have achieved significant results in terms of service delivery / employee engagement and customer / client satisfaction over the last 18 months, resulting in several external awards.
