NN, one of the Netherland’s largest insurance companies, offers its customers insurance, mortgage, internet savings and pension products and supports them via multiple customer contact channels including inbound & outbound calls, chat, email and co-browsing. Genuit will take you on a journey into forecasting, planning, scheduling, Traffic Management, Reporting and Analysis and how Verint’s Workforce Management, together with Verint support, helps NN achieve its customer experience objectives. He will also share the progress on their current Back Office Optimization project.
