A. Yes, Verint will refund your registration fee. We will contact all registered attendees shortly to provide information on refunds.


Q. What about my hotel reservation?

A. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the Hilton Anatole directly at 1-800-445-8667 or 1-214-748-1200.


Q. Will Verint provide reimbursement for airfare or hotels booked for the Engage20 event?

A. No, Verint will not provide reimbursement for airfare and/or hotels that were booked for this event. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund options at this time due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline and hotel directly as soon as possible to review options.


Q. Will Verint Engage be rescheduled to another date?

A. We are currently looking at alternative dates and options to create an engaging experience for our customers and partners. We will share additional updates soon.


Q. Will sponsorship fees be refunded?
