With the continuing news surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we wanted to let you know that we must postpone the Verint® Engage global customer and partner conference until a later date. The event had been scheduled for May 18-21 in Dallas.
We had to postpone Engage as a result of the current outbreak, since travel restrictions are preventing attendees from traveling to, and participating in, the event. Moreover, there are related directives from public health experts advising avoidance of large groups.
We did not make this decision lightly. We contacted hundreds of attendees and customers, and based on their feedback—and out of concern for the wellbeing of event attendees and our employees—we came to this conclusion. We loved hearing from you about your passion surrounding this event!
Although we’re disappointed that we won’t be greeting you in Dallas, we want to assure you that Engage remains our premier event. We’re hard at work right now, ironing out the logistics for holding the event at a future date. We’re committed to delivering the outstanding experience that you expect.
We’ll share our plans for the rescheduled event via upcoming emails and the conference website. In the meantime, you will be receiving a refund from Verint for your conference registration fees. We will contact you with the refund details in the coming days.
Ultimately, Verint® Engage is about bringing together a community of passionate people, and it’s the strength of the Verint community that makes the event successful. We thank you for being willing to participate in Engage20, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you to future events.
